James In Japan

A white transport plane, with a red strike across the side and wings trimmed yellow flew across the blue sky. At one of the squre windows, James was looking outside with his hand holding up his head. Jame's eyes were dropping with tiredness as he struggled to keep awake. The waitress came by offering coffee, but James refused with a, "No thanks." James takes narration.

*sad music*

'I've been through Hell trying to get on this flight. But I'm not sure if it was worth it. My mom warned my of the jet lag on the trip, whcih I was already aware of. But I didn't choose to go on this leg dragging trip. It all started with an argument betwene my mom and step dad. Always arguing on who's lazy and doesn't do anything around the house. Personalty I think they need each other. My step dad takes time with me and my brother, while my mom does all the house work.

The sad part is, my mom deserved a restful sleep after ehr work. But then come my step dad with his lying excuses. After all these years of being yelled at and disagreed with, my mom finally snapped. She argued ever since my step dad has came into the family, it's been worse than with my dad. So she broke up. She was to get away from my step dad, far away. But took me with her then seperate me and my young eight year old brother. My mom did everything to get out of this country. I tried to tell her to stay in america. But she was obviously furious with all the guy she met, even after me trying to talk her into finding someone else.

But her mind was set....
So now I'm here. Forcfully seperated from friends adn family. Forced to move to another country I would love to go for vacation. But would greave to live. So I must start over again. Again with new words, new people, and new towns. This is my new story.....

Hello! This is my new show idea. I have made one of this before, but this is a little bit diffrent, and I'm taking more time on it. Now, don't be fooled by the intro. There is gonig to be fighting in this. I can promise that. Now the real plot is fully explained in the intro. The rest of the plot is,, James is possesed by a ghost of a girl that haunts his apartment. Later he is able to take control of his body, but with the ghost gone. he's left with a curse. But not the orginal curse. When James sees a cat he turns into a girl. A dog turns him to a boy.

I'll keep track of episodes now. Which means there will be a fight in each one. So don't worry about being bored to death without it. And I'll amke the fights last a while, and make a bit more sense. Remeber, the more episode we go by the more serious the RP will get. Also, there's a bit of a problem with people finding out what James can do. For God sake! No finding out Jame's powers so easy! You can't find out without my permission!

James arrives in Japan, with many negative thoughts. He knows Japanese, but worries of what others will think of him. After all the racial comments he's been hearing at his old school. He just wishes he could die. What makes the situation even worse, is his rented apartment is haunted! And he's possesed by a spirt of a dead girl! What will happen to James? Find out!

But if that was hard enough, he's cursed! After a battle with a ghost that haunted the apartment he stayed for the first night, he was turned into a girl! Now he searches for a way to turn back. Kimiko is a shy girl Jame's age, and has hardly any friend. None if you take our her brother Windclaw. But she still find him a bit annoying. Kimiko secretly has a crush on James after she met him in the restraut she works in. She's offten very busy with work, school, training, and other things. Always says she has almost no time for anything. She often gets shy around James though. She also has a bit of a problem with English. Unlike most Japanese, has a problem with the language. So there's some words she still don't know in english.((I'll add more info later.))

Tina Eversole

Tina, is Jame's mother. And obvious is American. Like James, knows Japanese. But she can accually read Japanese. So normally she's the one to tell him what something says. Tina can be a bit protective about James, and thinks she understands him. But obviously doesn't. Around the age of 29, and had James premature at 13. Since her break up with Jame's dad and step dad. She moves to japan, forcing James to come with her for company. She trys to help James get use to the culture. But obviously doesn't give much help.

Need To Knows
Okay, these are need to knows veriying if your Japanese or not in this RP. (See the Application and fill out your country below) Now this is seperated in three parts. Forigen, All, and Japanese need to knows. Read forgien if not Japanese. Read Japanese if you are. And Read All either way. Some you do know, some you proably don't. So read on.

Note: I'm getting most of this from wikipedia. So don't think I'm an expert or something.

Forgien Need To Knows
- Okay first off. Forgien citizens in Japan is a bit rare. So some people may have an interest in you. (Unless your from a country they hate of course.) However, don't be showing off or blabing about how good you courntry is (or you think is.) 24/7. It's okay to say diffrentce from Japan and your country as it comes along. (For ex: Education is important in Japan. However, in America not many people care for it from Elementry - Middle). Also, don't be saying they suck or anything. This can easily tick Japanese off.

- Quit obvious, but in Japan. Education is extremly important. Not only in getting a job and stuff, (which is the only reason it's important here) but for a bit of respect. Which is one of the opposites of Japan and America. However don't be a nerd that talks about it every five seconds. Just get good grades, someone asks tell your grades. But this don't mean they will talk to you ever second they get about school. It's just one of them things you got to have to fit in, like having friends or something.

- Japanese show respect for people from other cultures to study thiers.

Japanese Need To Knows
-As a Japanese, remeber. Most Japanese study hard for test, show much respect for their families, and are very traditional. However, that don't mean they don't have fun. They just don't have too mcuh time to do it. (Besides after school avtivties of course.

-Japanese normaly are mostly active, diciplined (most of them at least.), and dedicated to something they like. (Ex: baseball, martial arts, art, etc.) So I'd pick something your character likes as a hobbie.

All Need To Know
-Japan rarly has any crime at all. Just being arrested for assault comes top on news. So if there is a crime happening, Japanese can be a bit surprise.

- Japan may sound a bit nice and not bad to you. But schools do increase in bullies (But obviously not more than America), however. I'm sure an American could be them in trash talking

- Forgien may be rare iin Japan, but there is an exeption. Most the time, English teachers are british, Canadian, or American.

- About 95% of Japanese students are in a after school activity which are Judo (A Martial Art Style), Baseball, Soccer, Art, Science, Volleyball, Tennis, and music. The most common are Judo, baseball, and soccer.

- Japanese writing is hard for even Japanese themselves. (Reading too.) Mainly because there's thousands of signs of individual words. Even Japanese forget them, and students even struggle in Japanese Language Class. Which makes it even harder on forgien people. But I'm not saying they can't read worth shit. It's like something they forget now and then. Like homework.

- Most Japanese know at least most of english. They proably don't know a few cuse words (thank God for that), but they know wenough to understand nearly every word your saying. Unless you speak slang. They have a small problem with that. The main reason for this, is because there language is way harder than ours. Making our language easy for them to learn. Speacily since it's one of there main classes.

Severic Helvar

Severic is a boy about Juka's age. He is a demon, trying to fit into a mostly human society. Most times he is adventurous, and always ready for a good fight. Though most of all he is wishing for friendship and people who will respect him for who he is, dispite the stereotypes held against all demons.

Devorus

Hidden in a mysterious past, Devorus is a young child, about only ten years old. He has pure white hair and dark purple symbols drawn on his arms and legs. Nobody really notices him that much, though this "outcast" is very powerful indeed. On the inside of this child lurks the mind of an everpowerful demon lord, and don't let his seemingly harmless looks fool you.

James In Japan, Episode One. The New Story.

"We're finally here." Exclaimed Jame's mom getting off the plane.
"Thanks for pointing out the obvious. Anyways, for once will you not stare at something and go....." James was cut off noticing his mom was therre "Hey, where'd you go?" James asked himself looking around the airport. Jame's noticed his mom was talking to another Japanese women while she heild her two hands together.

"Ooooo! Where'd you get that purse it's so pretty!" Tina complamented with exitment.
James got a water drop on his head, as the women answered, but not loud enough to hear. "Why does she always do that?" James asked himself taking a deep breath. Tina walks back to James smiling. james starred at her and asked, "Are you done yet?"

Severic was walking around town, kicking a stone with every step infront of him. In the clouds a storm appeared to be brewing. "Great..." he thought to himself. It was Sunday, and the shop he worked parttime at was closed. This got him angry, because he was not planning on sleeping in the streets in the pouring rain, even the casual bums had a place to go!

James and his mom Tina walked past Severic going into a restraunt. The man behind a counter notices them and asks, "Hello, what would you like today?"

Severic watched the family pass, at first ignoring them. Deep inside, however, that was what he wanted. All he had ever wished for was a family, or atleast friends. Indeed, he did know many people, but nobody who he could call a friend. Walking inside the restaraunt he addressed the man at the counter, "Hey." Severic said, gaining attention from the man. "Oh, how is it going Severic? The usual?" He asked. "Uh, yeah..." Severic replied.

"Eh hmmm." James said getting the attention from the man. "Oh, I'm sorry. Please take a seat and I'll give you two a menu."
James and Tina do as told waiting. In the kitchen, Kimiko was cooking with a few other people.

The man gave Severic a tray holding a bowl of miso soup and a small variety of sushi and sushimi. "I'll pay the tab for you" The man said quietly to Severic, he did this often as he knew Severic could not afford it.
He walked to a table and sat down. Picking up the bowl he started eating.

The man walked to Jame's table with menus. "Here you go. Many I take your orders now?" The man asked politly.
"I'll just take sushi and tea." James answered without looking at the menu.
"I'll take some tea too. But nothing to eat thank you." Tina added.
"Alright, I'll be right back." The man took the menus and went to the counter getting food from inside.

"Why didn't you even read it? I'm sure there's something you might like." Tina asked James.
"I'm not use to Japanese food. I can speak it, but I have a bit of a problem with reading." james answered.

Severic chuckled a little. Turning around he responded. "You can just ask for picture menus. " Then the man from before walked up to James, handing him a menu written in english. The man winked and walked back with a small grin on his face. "Oh, and mostly everyone can speak english around here." Severic replied.

"May I get you two anything else today?"
"No thanks." Tina answered.
"Oh, Amercan?" The man asked.
"Yes we're moving here." Tina answered.

"Oh, well. I hope you enjoy it here. And I'm sure you will."
"Thank you." Tina commented as the man walked away.
"I just can't belived you made me move here for something stupid." James complained.

Severic listened to the two. In the beginning, he had the same problems. The kids had a tendancy on making fun of American kids, but Severic mostly ignored it. He could care less what others thought.

The owner went into the kitchen to Kimiko.
"Kimiko!" The owner yelled for Kimiko's attention.
"Ek!" Kimiko jumped and dropped pans and plates on the floor. She stood up looking at the owner asking. "Yes sir?"
"Listen, we got two people out there, they're forgien from America. And their boy is a bit unconfedent about here. Why don't you fix him a free speacil dish and get them a bit settaled?" The owner asked.

"But sir, you ussually don't give free food at all." Kimiko reminded.
"That's just normal costomers. My boy went to another country with his mother and had the same problems. Lets just get them settled and comfortable, then after this meal we'll they'll have to pay if they come back."
Kimiko looked a bit concerned and said, "I don't know sir....But I guess so. I'll get it ready."

"Okay, good. And don't forget to cook the turtle alright and drain the blood before you cook it." The owner went back out.

James looked over at Severic and asked, "So your american??"

"Huh? Yeah" Severic replied. "I was born on the East Coast, up near New York City. My mother and I moved here when I turned ten, but there was... an accident." Severic admitted, not really wanting to discuss it. "Now I live here by myself, but its still worth it. You'll get used to living in Japan." He promissed.

The owner came out and said to the two, "Yes, we have a speacil dish for you. Trust me, I reccomend it to all my costumers. I'm sure you will like it It will be done momtarly, and do you have four or more people?" He asked.

"No." Answered Tina.
"Oh, well...."
James cut in before the owner could finish. "Well I think he can." james said talking about Severic.
"Oh, yes. Severic you care to join them?" He asked.
