Race- human i guess
Apperance- Mainly dressed in black, has all the good stuff, bullet vest, night vision goggles, you know the drill
Personalty- he is social and protective but when it comes to his job he will do whatever must be done
Wepaon(s)- 2x 9mm pistols w/ silencers | Moded sniper rifle w/silencer & scope, Rifel is moded to make it smaller and lighter. And a knife of course!
Power- uh... he can read minds :D
Bio- joe is what you would call a loaner, he was abaonded as a child and a hitman found him, he raised him and trained him as a hit man for hire of sorts, he can do anything that he gets paid for, and eaven some things for free if he feels nice.
