As James kciked the can again. There was a strange sound. James turned to see a blood red symbol on the ground, with a human-like creature rising from it. The creature had no skin, but extra layers of muscle making it look stronger than an adverage human. The moaned hungrly for flesh.

Severic looked around as he grew bored. However, he was too weak to go and search around. He needed blood, as possession of another body takes alot of his energy.

James looked at a creature with eyes wide open as he studdered, "Wh....What is that thing?"

Severic looked over at the boy. "James...?" He questioned. For some reason, Severic reconised him... strangly.

The creature slowly advanced towards James, moaning it's spine chilling groan repeatingly. James pick up a rock and said, "Stay back!" James threw the rock, cause nothing but a murmur to the creature.

Severic picked up his ancient knife, and tossed it dead into the creature. It started glowing white hot, as the symbols glowed a bright purple. The flesh of the creature started to simmer and buble, untill it crisped where it was too cool to melt any more. The knife sunk through the zombie, making a hole straight through it.

The zombie roared, but was still half alive. The wound started healing up as it dragged in Severic's direction.

Severic jumped back, into a combat stance. He extended his arm and shot a beam of purple flame out, melting the zombie creature into a glistening, almost waxy look. It roared in pain again, where Severic cought it offguard. Severic kicked out and jumped into the air, spinning sideways. He jumped towards a tree, where the creature literaly went through into his leg. Severic kicked up, launching it about 20 feet into the air before blasting it again with fire.

The creature fell onto the ground weak, just wanting to be finished.

Severic pressed his foot down on the creature. Sizzling with heat the creature turned a bright white. When Severic pulled his leg back up, the creature appeared black and completly dead. Severic blew a soft sigh and it crumbled into ash, blowing away in the wind.

"What was that?" James asked standing up looking at the no obliterated creature.

"It was a zombie, risen from the ancients. More importantly, you must tell me, are you James? James Richards?" Severic asked, bending down and picking back up his ancient blade.

Severic looked down at the blade, then handed it over to James. "Somebody... or, something rather dropped this in my posession. You may not be able to understand, but that writing inscribes your name..." Severic informed him.

"I don't know. I was awoken from my sleep to be given this blade. If someone thought giving me this blade was more important then waking a demon from his eternal rest, then the god damn name on the blade is worth investigating." Severic told Juka, taking back the knife.

"Severic, better known as Severian Helvar," Severic told James. "I was one of the five demons, cast apon to create new world. But that time has ended, and I was laied to rest for an eternity, or so it would seem..." Severic explained to James.
